The guys were hard-working and friendly. They completed our move from a large storage unit to a two story house in around 5 hours - including the 45 minute drive! I was very impressed.

A few of our furniture pieces had small knicks but nothing major. I’m sure some of the minor damage was done just from sitting in storage for months, not from the move itself.

I had a very pleasant experience moving with no stress or surprises. I had a lot of heavy furniture and the team of Boston, Chris and Mike worked super hard to carry everything up and down the stairs. They were all professional and extremely polite. I would definitely use Big T Movers again and would refer them to friends and family. I'm a happy customer.

This is the second time I have used Big T movers. The booking process with a very talented and accommodating professional Angie was a breeze. Angie made changes to my inventory to reduce the cost, moved my moving dates twice without hesitation at my request. She was fabulous. The three gentleman who handled the move were on time, polite, extremely hard working, they never stopped. I wish I had their names, but they were great. Never mind United van lines , 2 Men and a truck and others, get the Big T and this team for your move. Make sure u get the insurance, my first move the lost a lamp and kitchen hardware, second move the broke a dresser drawer that is unremarkable. In both cases I filed a claim and was paid next to nothing for each case. My fault should of gotten the insurance

Our crew was awesome! They were extremely efficient and great to work with. Angie from their office was a gem with setting everything up, and our movers really did excellent work. Nothing damaged, move was quick, and everyone was a great sport about our four flights of stairs -- will definitely be using Big T for any future moves!

On May 17th, I had the pleasure of working with Big T Movers. My experience was great from beginning to end. When I set up my appointment, I spoke with Kristen who went through the entire process in great detail. She went over my charges and what to expect on the day of my move. She did an excellent job. And well, as far as the move...it was Perfect. Lance, the head mover in charge called ahead of time to let me know when he and his team would arrive and they arrived right on time. Lance introduced me to his team, Antonio and Kenyada. We all proceeded to do the walk through, confirming everything I needed to be moved. Lance explained the necessary paperwork and then the team got started. And when I say those men worked hard, I mean they worked hard. They worked smoothly and efficiently as a team. Any time they had a question for me, they were very courteous and polite. I had several pieces of large furniture and they took care to carefully wrap, move and place everything on their truck. They had no problems or issues at all. Once we got to my new home, they worked even harder. I have a winding staircase, so they had to troubleshoot how to move all of those heavy pieces upstairs before they got started. And they did all of this within the time I was quoted. Movers came by and wrapped furniture. They disassembled my bed quickly and put it together at the new place. I had no issues with furniture damage either. Took roughly 3 hours I think for a one bedroom apartment move.

Eric, Dayvon and Oscar did an awesome job for us! The worked really hard and fast while being extremely careful with our belongings. They made up for our aggravation with the company after they were supposed to send 5 guys for our move but only sent 3. Luckily for BigT, this 3 man crew was great!!

Big T did great work with a commercial move. They were professional, on time, and fast. They took care of everything for me - packing up, loading, transport, unloading into a storage unit. Commercial moves can be such a headache but they made it pretty dang easy.

Big T’s staff heard me out, offered a solution, and activated their team, all in less than a week, to help me get my items from a back room warehouse to a storage facility, no problem. Completely satisfied with the work and will be enlisting Big T to help with part 2 of the project in a month or so.

I called about 20 other moving companies and this one had rates that just couldn't be beat. That was so exciting. It's a family owned company that also holds Christian values, which was a nice added bonus. Not only did the lady's I spoke with on the phone have excellent customer service, they also genuinely cared about helping us in the best way possible. They even worked with us to get a specific type of hand truck that had to be used for our move to meet the standards of the building we were moving into. The checklists and inventory process is very thorough- also a plus! One of the only down falls the day of moving was, after checking and double checking that no furniture was to be taken apart, the lead moving guy completely took apart our 18 month Olds crib. Honestly, I was livid. He did put it back together before loading it in the moving truck, even though the terms of agreements in the contract specifically say they do not reassemble cribs for safely and liability reasons. Just about everything else was followed to the letter except for this. The other issue was arrival time at the move in location the next day. The crew was a little behind schedule and there was a handful of time wasted figuring out how to park the truck. I know tension and tempers are high in any move, but I felt like the placement of boxes in our new home was a little sloppy. During the unpacking process I realized that there were many boxes like books and heavy kitchen dish boxes stacked on top of clearly labeled fragile boxes. In the end we did only find 1 kitchen dish broken. It was a little nerve-racking to hear a curse word muffled a few times and listen to boxes fall on the floor.... The only other thing that was missing after everything was said and done were the 4 screws to our tv stand. I'm not sure if those ended up in someone's pocket but they were never located. For a better picture of the overview, they charged 4k for a move from GA to AL, 9hr round trip driving time, they paid for 3 guys to stay over night at a hotel and deliver the next day. Go with this company! You wont find anything better.

First let me start by saying Christina who is the young lady i spoke to was very thorough and precise as far as what i was to expext and my estimate was dead on so i didnt feel like there were any surprises that being said now lets get to the crew. These guys were amazing. Not only were they hard workers but also polite, gracious, and the comrodery between them was great they made it seem effortless even though I know for a fact it was definitely hard work but still they made it fun and didn't stop once and the quality was second to none. I will definitely use these guys again in the near future when our house is finished. Pleasure doin business with ya fellas see ya next time

Devin, Greg, and Edward packed (Aug 29th) and picked up (Aug 30th) our second (and final) partial household move. They delivered to our new home about 250 miles away on Aug 31st. They were professional, thorough, on time and easy to work with. We had NO damaged items in either the first or second move, a first in fifteen plus moves! We were very pleased with the professionalism, work ethic, timeliness, and value provided by Big-T and its employees. We highly recommend them.

Really friendly to chat with and really fast and efficient at their work. The whole process from booking to move day was nice and easy and so I would highly recommend Big T movers. They were very friendly and finished surprisingly fast despite our new apartment being on the third floor. I hate that I can’t remember their names (it’s been a long weekend) otherwise I would love to thank them on here. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using Big T again for future moves!

The gentlemen were amazing! We moved twice. Big T took 1 hour to unload a 26 foot Uhaul. Three weeks earlier, it took another mover in Florida 3 hours to unload the same stuff. They took special care of all our furniture and boxes. We were very impressed! In fact we are moving in a week to our third location, and we have them schedule to move us again. The price they charge is very reasonable. The value they give is excellent! We recommend them to all our friends and family! You won't be disappointed.

Their office staff was extremely informative when discussing the quote for my move, and they had excellent communication with me up to, and on the day of the move. Very responsive. I used this company for my recent move. I could not have chosen a better company. I booked the move over the phone with Cristina(sp?). She was very helpful and informative going over all the information I needed. On move day I got the fortune to get Rickey and Kevin. I can’t say enough good things about these two gentlemen. They arrived on time to the minute. They immediately got to work. They were very fast, efficient and professional for the loading and unloading.. They didn’t waste one minute of time. I would highly recommend them and will most certainly be using them again.

I was needing to move & noticed a Big T Moving truck a block from my house & decided to check them out. After comparing them with other companies I’d been looking at, I decided to go with Big T Movers. I’m glad I did. The office staff explained everything & sent email reminders. The moving crew was scheduled to be at my house between 6:30-7:30 am. At 6:30 the supervisor called to say a member of the crew was in a car accident on his way to work & they were having to get a last minute replacement & would be late. They kept me informed of their ETA & still got to my house at 8:05. Moving is stressful & Big T Movers does what it can to make it less stressful. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Today, Big T Moving & Delivery moved my family and I from a house to an apartment. From the beginning to the end, I was impressed with this company. After reading reviews on Google, I contacted Big T Moving & Delivery and spoke with Christina and Angela. They were very pleasant and did not pressure me at all. They provided me with a quote of 2 hrs and 30 mins with the inventory that I provided. When Dayvon, Josh, and Tyquan were on their way, they called me to give a heads up. They arrived and got to work right away. They were very respectful and moved quickly and efficiently. I added a few additional pieces and they were still able to finish in 2 hours and 40 mins (just 10 more minutes beyond the estimated time that I was quoted… and that total time includes a travel of about 40 mins or so) . I plan on using Big T Moving and Delivery for my next move. All of the people that I mentioned above deserve recognition and a 5 star!!!

This was the first time I hired a moving company. I couldn't have been happier. DeMarcus, Chris, and Max were fantastic. We moved from a downstairs apartment to a two story house. There was no way I could get the furniture and boxes up all those stairs. I would have been exhausted after a few trips. The Big T crew handled it like a walk in the park. They disassembled my bed and put it back together as well as moving and installing my washer and dryer. This team is worth every penny!

i used Big T Moving last week. They couldnt have been more professional. They had a little personnel shortage the first day but they sent Rupert and Evan over and they were able to get the furniture wrapped and the essential items moved that day. The next morning they sent 4 movers to finish it up quickly. I got Rupert again and Gary, Peter and Shawn who were all excellent. I had one very oversized corner cupboard and they handled it beautifully.

In fact, at the last minute my closing was pushed back two days and they worked with me to reschedule the move around their other already scheduled jobs. They were so flexible that they ended up working until after 9pm just to get all my stuff in that day/night after an afternoon settlement rather than make me sleep on the floor of my new home without my things. :) The actual move went very smoothly - they wrapped my furniture carefully, watched my walls while moving in and out, and were professional and courteous to work with. A big screen TV was damaged (it happens) but they were so easy to work with on the claim and paid me very quickly without pushback or issue. I have moved all over the country and based on my experiences with those moves (with other movers) with the amount of stuff I have, one damaged TV is nothing! I definitely recommend these guys!

Big T did a really great job! It was my first time using movers and I would definitely use them again. They were very efficient and they were careful with all of my things. Nothing was broken, scratched or damaged and they were a very big help on a very stressful day! Also, their price was very reasonable compared to other moving companies in the area.

Lara has assembled a fantastic team of employees that go the extra mile to make your moving experience one to remember. Since this move is the first of two to get us in our new house I was greatly relieved to know we wouldn’t have to find another mover when we do this all over in a few months. The team of Malcolm, Keishon, Thomas, Andrew, Caleb, Reggie, and Xavier put us at ease as they took special care with all our belongings. They all worked hard to please and were extremely courteous. Malcolm, Phil and Eric were right on time, were very professional, courteous and well mannered which impressed us a lot. They handled our (huge) furniture with so much care and ease! They reached 7 in the morning as per the committed time and immediately get to work. I was initially worried if everything can be moved safe and sound. But surprisingly it all went great. The trio Devin, Nye and Vaughn, were very professional. They moved every thing very cautiously. They also helped me placing stuff in right place. I strongly recommend Big T for any moving needs. You guys are awesome.

They arrived early and did an excellent job loading, moving, unloading and assembling two homes in one day! They dropped off my ex-wife’s belongings first and then had to come back and load, move, unload and assemble my home. It was a tough move and they powered through it. You will get 5-star service if you hire Big T.

We had Big T Moving and Delivery move us from Atlanta GA to Chattanooga TN. These guys are amazing (quote from my wife Joy) they were on time, organized, efficient, flexible and very careful how they prepared and moved our items. I would recommend these guys any time and in an industry where not sure what you will get (even though the ad says they are great) Big T exceeded our expectations. On the back end the next day they brought in more people to off load truck and again the team was friendly professional and efficient. WOW best describes the Big T team.

I scheduled a move with Big T. Moving company. From the start to the finish my experience was easy, no stress, I felt like the entire team understood how stressful moving can be. This came across in many ways. The weather was horrible for a move. Cold, and rain. The movers never complained, and had very cheerful attitudes. Best Buy geek squad made a mistake in the timing of my entertainment system being removed and had to readjust time which impacted our move- the movers where patient and even adjusted their day to accommodate the issue. I was so grateful. Thank you Malcom and his co- pilot mover! I really enjoyed my rainy cold move day.
